Condition (2) - Tin toy, clockwork drive, function tested, hand-painted, colour red white, deck to remove, around 1912, Made in Germany, 72 cm, good condition, the paintwork original, only the ship's name with minimal retouching, the masts including the mast grids, flags and dinghies have been replaced true to the original, this is the sought-after early version, which in contrast to the later variant from the 1920ies is much more detailed, the identical ship can be found in the David Pressland book, titled "Carmania".
