" Lawsuit of inheritance concerning a remarriage. "Fact Isac HERVIER was married twice. On June 14, 1634, the Aldermen of REIMS air a Lease to HERVIER of the Fouleries of this city for nine years, in return for 445 pounds of royalty. They charged him with making some repairs. On May 28, 1638, the Aldermen of REIMS signed a Treaty with him, by which he obliged himself to build a paper mill, under the condition that he would enjoy it for 28 years without any royalties other than two reams of paper of 6 pounds per year...".
