In the center, the king Louis XVI in majesty, surrounded by the representatives of the Clergy, the Nobility. Near him the minister Loménie de Brienne, and the Garde des Sceaux declaiming a speech: "You will not betray the expectation of a king who wants to make France happy through you". On the sides, seven verses singing the praises of the king: "Louis is unceasingly occupied/ Of the happiness of his subjects/ Let us sing with joy/ Long live the good King of the French (...)".
