Concerto galant, 18th - 19th centuries Folded fan, the double skin sheet mounted in English style and painted with gouache of a group of musicians in a garden playing oboe, viola or violin, or singing. Reverse side painted with a riverside landscape with a ship and couples on the banks and animals. White mother-of-pearl mounting pierced, engraved and gilded with a repeated pattern of two characters. H.t. 27 cm - H.f. 17 cm (restorations, accidents, repaints)
