Figure of Sargadelos manufacture, made in glazed and glazed ceramic. Numbered 136/1000. With incised and stamped mark on the base. Drawing belonging to the album NOS of Castelao (1931) and titled "Prologue". It is the first of about 50 prints that make up this album, one of his most important artistic works whose main purpose was "to combat the breeding of caciquism and injustice". This figure symbolizes the hope of putting an end to injustice through a dead child that is in the pelvis of the representation of death, which in turn holds a newborn child in its hands. On the occasion of the Castelao Congress (November 1986), Sargadelos made an edition of this figure limited to 1,000 copies. 17 cm high
