with openwork decoration, the foot with water leaves, a row of pearls, a band of leaves and palmettes and a row of gadroons, the body with four rows of arches surmounted by a leafy frieze (missing a central flower), the gadrooned border underlined by a band of leaves, flowers and round medallions, the handles with scrolls, sticks and acanthus, the bottom decorated with a radiating motif of lanceolate leaves in appliqué by Jean-Nicolas Boulanger, Paris circa 1800 (950/00) Marked with the jeannette 1783-98 and goldsmith's hallmark Weight: 3.680 grams Length: 48 cm.
