Nice woodcut with morbid theme in the lettering (fire pot, willow and skulls). Traces of folds without gravity, slight central stain. [Service of Anne-Marie Guérin de la Foresterie, widow Pantin] - ANGERS " Propriétaire " " Le deuil se trouvera, s'il lui plaît, à l'Eglise " in sheet, 40 x 50 cm, on laid paper, Angers, chez Auguste Mame, December 1820. Very beautiful engraved vignettes (funerary initials, skulls, affliction for the spirits, angel of death and fire pots). Missing upper right corner (without affecting the text). Provenance : Saint-Hélion fund, then Madame H.'s library.
