Scandinavian chair stories
I wanted to reinterpret the tradition of furniture painted in the 17th and 19th centuries, in the Scandinavian and Northern European countryside, often for weddings or births, using animal or floral motifs, often abstract and geometric. Here, the motifs are freer and looser, forming a sort of abstract Scandinavian tale, more urban and 2.0.
