Lampa'chair
The chair is a complex object, whose function is absolute. The idea of changing this function is not an obvious one. Here, the Lampa'Chair becomes a light, which invites itself to the table and becomes the light of the meal. The expression "pull up a chair", which invites the friend to join us, takes on a new and slightly different meaning. The friend becomes the light, who sits at our table, shares our space, our meal.
The Lampa'chair is at the same time an object, or an idea, both surreal and poetic, directly referring to the surrealism of the 20th century.
