White enamelled dial with three painted scales and railroad track painted in red, blue and black, 30-minute counter at 12 o'clock and small second hand at 6 o'clock, "Breguet" numerals painted in black, "Breguet" hands in blued steel.
Dial signed "Paul Garnier, 1st jewel, incabloc.
Mechanical movement with manual winding with column wheel type Valjoux 5 caliber.
Case back engraved "SNCF EST, 61-10" and "P-Z 1948-1989, S-D- 1999" case number 237760.
