LARGE FLAT DESK WITH MAHOGANY AND MAHOGANY VENEER ON ALL SIDES. It presents a cartonnier with eight drawers dressed in gilded fawn morocco. The desk has three drawers in front and rests on columnar legs topped by capitals and joined two by two by crosses topped by a finial. Rich gilded wood decoration such as palmettes, fleurons, capitals with water leaves, rosettes, friezes of pearls and rais de coeur, pine cone thyrses and frame moldings. Empire style.
