JEAN PROUVÉ (1901-1984) "N° 305 (semi-metallic chair)" also called "Métropole N° 305" commonly called "Standard", the model designed in [1950], declination of a model initiated in [1934]. Semi-metallic chair. Rear base forming backrest uprights in folded and black lacquered steel sheet. Front base and seat structure in black lacquered curved tube. Back and seat in thermoformed beech plywood. The backrest and seat complete with their aluminum mounting brackets. 1950's. Condition of use, accidents and missing parts.
