Listed in the artist's catalog raisonné under the reference AGD 4433. A certificate from the Giacometti Committee will be given to the buyer. In 1935, Jean-Michel Frank opened his store at 140 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré and very quickly surrounded himself with artists such as Salvador Dali, Emilio Terry, Christian Bérard and Alberto Giacometti, soon joined by his brother Diego, to conceive decorative objects that would adorn his interior decorations. Alberto Giacometti, from 1929, begins to create "utilitarian objects" as he likes to call them. For Jean-Michel Frank, he created lamps, floor lamps, sconces, bowls, vases and also architectural elements. Often made in natural plaster, others were cast in bronze.
