Wide Mezzo Punto borders, Italy, 2nd half of the 17th century. In cream-colored linen with floral decoration, one in imitation of the Venice flat stitch: the branches in woven laces and the flowers in needle lace, motifs linked by fine needle bridles, Dim. 160 + 40 = 2 m x 19 cm, the other in imitation of the Venice Gros Point, the motifs in bobbin laces with needle fills in various stitches, embroidery in excess, simple bridles linking the motifs. Placed on a light blue silk. Dim. 1,30 m x 17 cm (good general condition, some restorations or small loose)
