Title decorated with a vignette in medallion and 54 very beautiful etched plates showing facades, plans and projects of churches in the first part and tombs of the Lyon region in the second. The work is dedicated by Chenavard to Count Leopold de Ruolz, and bears the handwritten mention on the flyleaf: "Donné par l'auteur le 22 octobre 1860 à son élève (signé) J. M. Paillet". Copy complete with all its serpents. Damage to the binding with lacks, wear, freckles.
