VASE BOWL WITH SMALL NECK in porcelain and blue enamel underglaze, decorated with stylized flowers. (Chips on the neck, firing defect). Korea, Choseon period, late 18th-early 19th centuries. A BLUE AND WHITE PORCELAIN BOTTLE WITH FLOWER, KOREA, LATE 18TH-EARLY 19TH CENTURY. HEIGHT. 23 CM (9 1/16 IN.) NOTE This porcelain bottle was probably used as a wine vase. The decoration of this bottle illustrates the Korean taste for bold and spontaneous decorative motifs. Similar object in the collection of the Victoria and Albert Museum, reference FE.36-2008.
