"Machining" [Turning off mechanical parts at the S.B.R. factory]. Silver print bearing the photographer's stamp on the back. Size : 17 x 23 cm. Founded in 1922, the S.B.R. (Société Belge Radio-électrique) was initially located in rue d'Egmont in Brussels. At the beginning, the company occupied a few hundred square meters and employed 50 people. In the following years, the company grew rapidly.
