Bound with the arms of the Duke of La Feuillade and Marie-Thérèse Chamillart. Louis d'Aubusson, duc de La Feuillade was despised and even hated by Saint-Simon. It is to his marriage in 1701 with Marie-Thérèse Chamillart (1689-1739), daughter of Michel Chamillart, Secretary of State for War, that he owes his return to grace. This explains the binding with the arms of the wife and husband. 12 intaglio plates drawn and engraved by François Chauveau, of a very good edition. Counterfeit at the same date as that of the Compagnie des Libraires whose edition had been supervised by Boileau.
