Czaspska of lancer of the 13th Legion of the National Guard on horseback, flag in strong cardboard covered with dark blue cloth, red soutaches, leather bomb with red braid "cul de dé", rosettes lion heads, corners of tray, radiating front plate, chinstrap-chainette and visor ring in silvered brass, center of the brass plate with a rooster on top of a sphere decorated with the number 13 guilloche, a branch of laurel and oak leaves, inner cap with red basane festoons, interior fully lined with scarlet embossed paper in an exceptional condition, plumet made of falling rooster feathers.
