Binding rubbed and scuffed (esp. vol. III). Wormholes in covers. 1 of 6 brass clasps intact. Binding tight. Paper moderately browned, some foxing, brass clasps oxidized to paper. Few pages frayed. Type area clean and very legible. Overall well preserved copy. John Chrysostom (c. 349-407), presbyter at Antioch and archbishop of Constantinople is revered by both the Eastern churches (as a holy hierarch) and the Western (as a church teacher).
