Statuette of Avalokitesvara Guanyin in lacquered and formerly gilded wood with a beautiful patina, represented standing on a pedestal with cut sides, hands joined in prayer, dressed in a robe with wide folds belted at the waist, hair concealed by a tiara holding a small Amitabha and eyes closed in meditation.
