(including title, dedication, address to the reader, epistolae, table and privilege), 565 p., 31 f. n. ch. of index, 2 bl. f., 2 plates, 3 tables and 46 engraved maps out of text, most of them folding or double-page, contemporary Dutch binding in full vellum, boards cold-stamped (binding rubbed, blackened at the head, tears without missing at 9 plates: pl. VI (p. 63), VII (87: large tear without missing), XV (167), XXI (261), XXII (275), XXV (327), XXXII (387), XXXIV (403) and XLI (479: this map torn in two but quite complete). Beautiful late 17th c. edition of Cluvier's famous atlas, with commentaries by Buno, Reiske and Heckel, interesting in particular because it is in in-4 format and not in-8 or in-12, like most others.
