Back from his trip, he is unpleasantly surprised to see that "the pressure boxes for the propeller apparatus have not yet been delivered to me. It is extremely urgent that these parts be delivered to him within 8 to 10 days, because of an important visit of the Society of Civil Engineers. His correspondent has long received the supplies necessary for the machining of the parts: "All this small order has been carried out with such slowness" that he counts on him to keep the deadline that he asks: "it is very easy for you by putting there a little of the good will of which you often gave me the proofs"...
