Rare booklet on the Eiffel Tower. On the cover, dedication : " Offered to Madelle Marguerite Gruyt by G. Eiffel ". A portrait of Eiffel has been inserted at the top, and the letter of dispatch of this booklet by his secretariat (April 4, 1889); the envelope of dispatch is attached. A signature of Le Corbusier with autograph date "3 February 55" (1 p. oblong in-8, plus a letter from his secretariat.
