Teaspoon box (1859) silver.

Former tobacco box converted into a teaspoon box. Slightly kidney-shaped model with richly engraved decorations with a representation of vaults with a village view on the lid (lid works via integrated tube hinge). Sides on the short side with convex fan-shaped decoration. The underside also features richly engraved decorations and soldered ball feet. Fabric interior. Netherlands, 1859, hallmarks: lion, Minerva, unclear maker's mark, Z - traces of use and dents. 212 grams, 835/1000. Dim. L 7.6 cm, W 13.4 cm, H 3.1 cm.
