[58] pp, geïllustreerd met front, 28 lithogr. platen, gekleurd en gehoogd met goud en zilver. Elke plaat beschermd met roze zijdepapier. De teksten hebben ornamentele randen met gotische motieven in bleekpaars, bleekrood, blauw, groen, paars.
