A rare tachograph. 19th c Brass, ca. 25 cm, engraved with stamp and name, with hinge. In velvet lined box. "Tachograph E. de Louvencourt. Inspector of railways of the East". The tachograph was originally introduced for the trains as a way to record any irregularities, and thus dates back to 1844. Joined: Vernier of a sector. Wood and enamel, 55 cm. (2 pcs)
