Binding in good condition. Scattered foxing. Light marginal staining on the last few leaves, affecting two lithographs in the margin. Exceptional copy, as it includes 20 lithographs, instead of the 12 present in all the other copies we have found described. We have the costumes of: Armenians; Spaniards; Moorish; Romans; Hungarians; Tyroleans; Swiss; Greeks; Crimean Tartars; Turks; Germans; Finns; The Imperial Step; Russians; Indians; Chinese; Mexicans; Wild costumes; Scots; Bretons. The lithographs, under serpente, are splendid, and little touched by the freckles. A very nice work
