KARINA KALIOPE (born in 1977) Statuette Sculpture in ash wood cut, colored, glued on panel resting on a foot Monogrammed on the back 110 x 28 cm "Pieces resulting from a collaboration between Kar.Liopé, Artist, Graphic designer/ Street Art and Victor Yvin of the Linnaeus Workshop, Wood designer and Architect. Based in Morbihan, Kar works on the graphic part of the project (drawing), Victor brings the part 'design wood'. First, they develop a model, lines and colorizations.proceed then to the work of wood, cutting, sanding, and painting by hand of each piece of the 'puzzle'. Each small element is then assembled and glued. The works are composed of 35 to 123 pieces depending on. The wood used is ash wood, which allowed them to create several visuals in volume. Each piece is unique and the very particular design makes them very original works."
