Tapestry of Flanders, 16th century Technical characteristics : Wool and silk Dimensions : Height : 265cm ; Width : 210cm In a hilly landscape, full of flowers and lightly wooded, where we can see some buildings, two large characters are talking to each other. They are richly and warmly dressed, in what seems to be long robes, pelisses, and fur jackets and caps. They remind us of central or eastern European style men (boyars?) or biblical characters. Large vegetal border with flowers and bunches of fruits. (Wear and maintenance restorations)
