Ultra flat gold watch with "Bagnolet" caliber mounted in a silver coin Outer case on hinge mounted in a coin "Louis Napoleon Bonaparte, 5 francs, French Republic dated 1852". Extra flat case on hinge, the back entirely guilloche with a black and white enamel decoration, a stylized decoration in the center. Off-centered patina dial for the indication of hours and minutes, visible three-arm balance, Roman numerals and minute track. Mechanical movement with key winding, caliber "Bagnolet", cylinder escapement with eight holes in ruby, advance and delay setting. In a case with a used coin bearing the effigy of Louis Philippe, King of the French, and a small 50 centime coin from 1852. Full-set, outer-box, box and documents. The present timepiece is preserved in very good overall condition, showingcasing deep hallmarks.
