VICTOR (Claude-Victor PERRIN, duke of BELLUNE, known as) Lamarche/ VOSGES 1764 - 1841 - Marshal of the Empire in 1807 - Apostille signed VICTOR, Major General Commanding in Chief the French Troops in Batavia, on a Memorandum of proposal of retirement of Lieutenant Joseph STIGEL. Done in BREDA (Netherlands) on 1 Ventôse Year 10 (20 February 1802). Also signed by the Council of the "17th Demi-Brigade de Ligne". (SPIGEL made the Campaigns in America (1780/ 1783), that of 1792 to Year 9, was made Prisoner of War in Year 9) - 1p large in-folio. (37,5 x 24 cm)
