Discharge from service due to infirmities issued to Philipe VITTEMAN, Dragon, native of the Bas-Rhin, aged 51. He previously served in the Squadron of the Chasseurs à Cheval of Versailles created on Sept. 3, 1792. Done in Pavia, the 5 Floréal Year 7 (April 24, 1799). Patent on paper (25 x 38 cm). On the back a copy of the certificate of invalidity.
