Condition : In good overall condition with soft handling creases and some minor staining in the margins. Two small blemishes in the lower margin. Very clean image otherwise. Pointed paper. From the famous series "L'Estampe Moderne". Published by Masson Piazza, Paris. Much like the Maitres de L'Affiche series, L'Estampe Moderne was a portfolio printed between 1897 and 1899, published by Imprimerie Champenois, Paris, containing 24 monthly portfolios, with four original lithographs in each. Each was commissioned solely for this series. In addition to Mucha, some of the contributing artists included Rhead, Meunier, Ibels, Steinlen, Willette and Grasset. Shipping costs will be €18 inc.
