Manuscript in-4 of (1) f. title carefully calligraphed and illustrated with a small photographic portrait inserted in a laminated chromolithography palette, (72) pp. of poems carefully calligraphed in black and red in a frame (red ink fillet) followed by numerous blank ff. Brown morocco, spine ribbed, gilt title, double fillet on the edges, inner lace, gilt edges (Auguste Petit). A very fine copy enriched with about forty various documents: handwritten poems, handwritten notes, letters, articles, printed poem ("Adieu à un ami" with E.A.S.: "A mon père et à ma mère. The first poetry of their son. Ernest"), etc. etc. Nice collection of poems by an amateur Ernest Fonteney who seems to have been a litterateur or a journalist.
