GREW (Nehemiah). Musaeum Regalis Societatis, or Catalogue and Description of the Natural and Artificial Rarities Belonging to the Royal Society and Preserved at Gresham College. London, W. Rawlins, 1681. In-folio, fawn calf, spine ribbed, red morocco title-piece, boards decorated in cold, red speckled edges (period binding). Illustrated with an engraved portrait of Daniel Colwal, founder of the museum of the Royal Society and 31 engraved plates including the very beautiful plate of the crocodile skeleton. A fine copy.
