Recueil des édits, déclarations, ordonnances, tarifs, arrests, règlemens, et instructions, concernant la ferme des droits de controlle des actes des notaires, petits sceaux, insinuations laïques, &c. Paris, veuve Saugrain et Pierre Prault, 1714. 5 parts in one large vol. in-4, title, 184 pp., 192 pp., 140 pp. [Small seals], 168 pp. [Secular Insinuations], 32 pp, [9] ff. of tables, one bl. f., red morocco, spine ribbed and decorated, triple gilt fillet with merlettes in the middle, arms in the center, gilt edges (period binding). Small lack at the tail of the spine, upper jaw rubbed. Unique edition. A copy with the arms of the Malon de Bercy (three martlets - absent from OHR), a great family of financiers of the 17th and 18th centuries. It is probably Charles-Henri de Malon de Bercy (1678-1742), maître des requêtes, intendant of finances from 1709 to 1715.
