Edition generously illustrated with an allegorical frontispiece with the portrait of Louis XIV drawn and engraved by Roy and 94 OUT OF TEXT GRAVED PORTRAITS, by Mellan, Mignard, Vaillant, Rigaud,... all placed in rocaille frames; they show the great characters of the century of Louis XIV. Accidents to the bindings with lacks, wear, galling on the boards.
