Beautiful Venetian edition with commentaries by Crescentius, Parrhasius, Ascentius and Egnatius, preceded by a short biography of Christophorus Zarotus; it is embellished with pictorial lettering and 2 woodcuts in text (identical) depicting Ovid at his writing table. The last leaf is decorated with the large and beautiful mark of Bonello. The binding is damaged, worn, with light browning on the title and in the margins of some leaves (USTC, 845816).
