Condition A-, two corners missing. This is an advertisement for the novel by Eugène Louis Guérin, whose heroine is Madeleine de Parabère, the favorite mistress of the regent Philippe d'Orléans. This decadent, bourgeois literature was still very popular despite the Revolution.
