His painter grandfather communicated to him his taste for drawing and painting, and more generally for the Arts. He entered the Ecole Polytechnique in 1971, and in addition to the scientific education that allowed him to deepen his geometrical mind, he was able to take drawing and painting classes with Lucien Fontanarosa and Hervé Loillier for two years. He has been practicing sculpture since his arrival in Brussels in 2003 and has perfected his art techniques in several workshops."
