"Heraldic Lion".
Important amber transparent glass ceremonial vase, with two openwork handles applied by heat.
The ovoid body has a straight shoulder neck and a recessed circular base, hemmed and rubbed with gold.
Rich decoration covering a heraldic lion, fleur-de-lys and stylized floral motifs, enamelled polychrome with numerous golden highlights.
Signed "E.Gallé à Nancy" enamelled, under the base.
Original label "Escalier de Cristal".
