ATTRIBUTED TO JOSEPH GENGENBACH CALLED CANABAS (ABOUT 1715-1797) Received master in 1766 COMBINATION TABLE WITH TWO MUSIC STANDS TWO MUSIC STANDS, DRAWERS AND A DRAWER PULL Louis XVI period, circa 1785-1790. Blond molded mahogany. Closed : H. 130 cm W. 50 cm D. 34 cm Open : H. 173,5 cm L. 55 cm. D. 38 cm The two folding wooden light fixtures are missing. Small accident on the central axis of the feet. It rests on three cambered feet on casters. The shaft with square section supports a rectangular box underlined in circumference of a small molding. The retractable tray is raised by a rack a rack to serve as a sloping desk. The thickness of the of the tray allows to free a second openwork desk.
