Description

Patek Philippe, Nautilus, Ref. 3712/1A-001, No. 3169xxx/4330xxx, double original Patek Philippe and Wempe warranty of January 21, 2006. A superb and rare cushion-shaped steel diver's watch, black screened dial, external minute track, luminous applied hands and hour markers, off-center permanent seconds at 5 o'clock, power reserve indication at 11 o'clock, date and moon phases. Screw-down crown and transparent caseback, self-winding white rhodium-plated mechanical movement with false ribs, caliber 240 PS, gold rotor, Geneva hallmark. Original steel bracelet with folding clasp. Absolutely complete, case and original documents including the double guarantee Patek Philippe and Wempe Paris. New condition, never worn. Introduced to the catalog in 2005 for a very brief period of a few months, the reference 3712 represents the most complicated Nautilus in production with, in addition to the date, the addition of moon phases, power reserve indication and subsidiary seconds. It is commonly established that the production of the reference 3712 would be less than a year, making it one of the least common steel Nautilus. The 5712 will quickly replace it with some mainly aesthetic modifications such as the removal of the index at 7 o'clock or the passage of 4 red dots of the power reserve instead of the 3 of the 3712. Our example, absolutely new and never endorsed, is a unique opportunity to acquire a masterpiece of the Nautilus collection, of the Patek Philippe Manufacture and more widely of modern watchmaking. It is complete with all documents and accessories, including the original transport box. Size: 42 x 44 mm A very fine and rare stainless steel NOS diver's wristwatch, black dial, outer minute track, luminous applied indexes and hands, permanent seconds at 5, power reserve at 11, monnphase and date. Transparent screw- back and crown, white rhodium-plated automatic movement caliber 240 PS, gold rotor, faux côtes decoration, Geneva hallmark. Original stainless steel band with deployant buckle. Absolutly full-set, outer box, box, documents, tag, and both Wempe Paris and Patek Philippe warranties. New old stock condition, never worn. Produced in 2005 for a short period of a few months, it was the most complicated Nautilus at this time, & the rarest.
