Text in Latin and German excerpts from the Bible translation by the Dominican Johann Dietenberger (c. 1475-1534) in a handy edition, according to the subtitle for the "common man" and the "Christian youth". Dietenberger's version, first printed in 1534, was directed against the Lutheran version, but proves to be dependent on it in large parts. - Slightly spotted in places, bib. st. a. autograph.
