Third installment of the adventures of Max Jacob's Saint Matorel. Published in January 1914, the book was printed by Paul Birault. With an autograph signed: "à mon cher Pierre Colle / auteur de ma richesse (?) / et aussi mon ami, et mon fils / Max Jacob". ("to my dear Pierre Colle / author of my wealth (?) / and also my friend, and my son / Max Jacob".) Second autograph signed : à Georges Salles / ce livre si peu digne de son / goût très exquis, de son jugement / délicat / avec ma déférente amitié / Max Jacob" ("to Georges Salles / this book so unworthy of his / very exquisite taste, his judgment / delicate / with my deferential friendship / Max Jacob") and illuminated with 6 original ink drawings by Max Jacob in-text.
