A COURTSWORD FOR AN IRISH COUNTY DEPUTY LIEUTENANT, EDWARD VII OR GEORGE V, POST 1902; with etched blade decorated with scrolling foliage and trophies-of-arms, gilt-brass hilt including down-turned shell-guard applied with a silver crown and shamrock foliage, openwork crown pommel, in its leather-covered-wooden scabbard (cracked) with gilt-brass chape and locket, the latter with a stud for a frog, complete with its bullion sword knot (small fraying) and chamois cover; 80.0 cm; 31 ½ in blade;
