Mirror case with gul-o-bulbul decoration and characters, Iran qâjâr, signed Ahmad and dated 1284 H/1867 Rectangular format with flying lid, made of papier-mâché with painted and lacquered decoration on both sides of a gul-o-bulbul composition on a brown background of a nightingale on the stem of a rosebush surrounded by other floral stems and butterflies and insects gathering.
