Armand BOULARD (19th-1963) Nymph going down to the bath, known as The Bather of Falconet Subject in carved ivory, signed on the back and inscribed after Falconet. Black marble base. Height of the subject : 11 cm IVORY REGULATION : Ivory specimen of Elephantidae spp (I/A) pre-Convention, prior to July 1, 1947 and therefore in conformity with the EC Rule 388/97 of 09/12/1996 art.2-Wmc, and prior to July 1, 1975 and therefore in conformity with the French decrees of August 16, 2016 and May 4, 2017. For an exit of the European Union, a CITES of re-export will be necessary, this one being the responsibility of the future purchaser. The delivery of such a document is not automatic. For a possible re-export, it will be up to the buyer to inquire - prior to any purchase - with the customs of the country concerned, particularly if it is the United States.
