Copy of André Breton accompanied by an autograph letter signed by the artist dated April 15, 1951: "I take the liberty of sending you this little booklet finished these days. I am not sure that the modesty and the imperfection, with which it is carried out, will be able to testify all the sincerity and the pleasure that I tested while making it" (autograph letter signed, 1 page in-4).
The cords that originally bound the leaves have been preserved.
